Revelation 7

v1-8: “The Lord knows those who are his and he will keep them safe in times of dangerous temptations,” and protect them from corruption.

v9-12: Those who fight the good fight of faith and finish the race will be given robes “of justification, holiness, and victory.” They will praise God and the Lamb for their salvation because “the Father planned this salvation,” and “the Son purchased it.” Those who enjoy it “must and will bless the Lord and the Lamb.”

v13-17: “The way to heaven lies through many tribulations, but tribulation, however great, will not separate us from the love of God.” Going through these tribulations, “will make heaven more welcome and more glorious,” because there we will be free “from all need and sense of need” and “from all sickness and pain.” We will be “saved from all sorrow” and “occasion of sorrow.”
