Read Mark 9:1-32
Mark 9:1-32
v1-13: "If it is good to be with Christ transfigured, on a mountain with only Moses and Elijah, how good it will be to be with Christ glorified, in heaven with all the saints!"
v14-29: It is right for Christians to be dissatisfied by their unbelief; to be disappointed that they do not depend on God’s Word as they must and cannot apply it to their lives as they should. The response to this is to look to Christ to receive forgiveness and for power to fight against it, so that we are more convinced of His might and mercy.
v30-32: The grief the disciples experienced every time they heard their master speak of His death should have been taken away as He spoke of His resurrection.
