<aside> ❤️ Here’s the good news we need:
“The blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.”
If you are in Christ, be assured that God forgives you completely.

<aside> ❤️ This is the good news of the gospel:
“LORD, if you kept an account of iniquities, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness.”
There is forgiveness from God for you if you trust in Christ.
That’s the assurance you can have.

<aside> ❤️ This what the Bible says about Jesus:
“He is able to save completely those who come to God through him, since he always lives to intercede for them.”
This is the hope and happiness you have if your faith is in Christ.
You have a High Priest who is able to save you to uttermost.
|n all times.
In all cases.
And this complete salvation will come fully when Jesus returns – and we’re going to sing now of the confidence we can have on that day.

<aside> ❤️ Hear these words of assurance to us who believe in Jesus:
“We have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time.”
We have been made holy and we are being made holy because there is power in the finished work of Jesus.

<aside> ❤️ Hear the wonderful assurance which the gospel gives to those whose faith is in Jesus:
“What, then, are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He did not even spare his own Son but gave him up for us all. How will he not also with him grant us everything?”
Everything.
In Jesus, we have:
Forgiveness.
Righteousness.
Life.
We have everything.

<aside> ❤️ Hear the good news of the gospel:
“He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.”
Friends, how good it is to know that we are no longer going to be treated as our sins deserve.
That they have been forgiven.
That they have been removed from us.
Because, in Jesus Christ, through faith in Him, you can have that assurance.

<aside> ❤️ "Christ loved the church and gave himself for her to make her holy, cleansing her with the washing of water by the word. He did this to present the church to himself in splendour, without spot or wrinkle or anything like that, but holy and blameless."
Friends, this morning if are believing the good news of the gospel, you can have this assurance.
Christ loves you.
He died to save you from your sins.
He is at work in you now by His Spirit – changing you.
And one day along with all God’s people you will be with Him forever as those who are holy and blameless.
